Chile Rellenos

Ingredients:
12 Poblano Peppers
8 oz Pepper-Jack Cheese
~ 8-10 eggs; separated
pinch of salt
Flour for dredging
Oil for frying
Tomato Salsa
4 tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
4 teaspoons of oregano
pinch of salt.
(In the video I only make a 1/2 batch of salsa, but make more for 12 Poblano Peppers)
